Ramón: Notes from a Beekeeper

The film follows the life of Colombian beekeeper Ramón Galvis Rodríguez, based in the remote town of San Mateo near the El Cocuy mountains in Colombia. The film is paired with a score by Garth Knox, which is both beautiful, to complement the captivating imagery, yet eerie, reminding the viewer of Ramón’s words of warning. After all without bees life would soon disappear.
