31-ish Horror Films of Oct: THE MONSTER (2016)
While trapped on a country road, inside of a broke down car, a mother and daughter are forced to mend their tumultuous relationship as a monster stalks them.
This movie was great and echoes some of the best elements of Aliens (1986) and The Descent (2005). THE MONSTER is available on #AmazonPrimeVideo and worth a Halloween season viewing.

A mysterious beast only kills men in uniform as it terrorizes pastoral and secluded Lancashire, England.
Might two elderly sisters who have a CELLAR be connected to the BEAST? Yes. Psycho meets Grey Gardens… I think.

31-ish Horror Films of Oct: INFESTATION (2009)
Picked randomly from Amazon Prime Instant Video library of horror films. This was great! A mysterious giant, mutant beetle invasion… with Ray Wise!
Some laughs and some scares and a great balance of realism with schlocky horror film fun! Worth checking out!

31-ish Horror Films of Oct: INSECTULA
This year… after years of promising, I’m watching as many horror films for the month of October as possible. I may not get to 31, but I will do my best.
Picked randomly off Amazon Prime, this St. Paul, MN-shot feature about an alien mosquito creature terrorizing a lake has gore, scares, comedy and even… a little romance.
